China Workshop

Everyone helped build a symmetrical picture using magnetic pieces on the white board. It was a fun way to get our brains moving this morning.

We enjoyed a China workshop this morning. This is the last week of our China unit!

We made Moon Cakes.

We created Chinese flags.

The Chinese invented fireworks, so we make fireworks out of straws and pipe cleaners.

We made "good-luck" envelopes. A crisp dollar bill is typically placed inside the envelope, and then the envelope is given to someone for good-luck.

Everyone enjoyed paper cutting so much that we decided to do more!
