Our grass hair is growing!
We are observing another growing experiment. The container on the right has grass seeds germinating on a sponge soaking in plain water. The container on the left has grass seeds germinating on a sponge soaking in water with fertilizer added. We'll have to report back later on our findings.
We estimated how many days it will take for the seeds to sprout. The majority of the class estimated that it will take 10 days.
We painted with flowers today. We used carnations instead of paint brushes, dipped the flower heads in paint, and dabbed the paint on the paper. The papers look lovely.
